Barbara Kellogg of Florida, formerly of Lake City, age 87, passed away peacefully Monday August 1, 2022 with family at her side. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday September 17, 2022 at Hunter's Creek Cemetery 2807 Clark Rd. Metamora, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. A memorial luncheon of family and friends will be held at the Davison Eagles 3270 N. State Rd. Davison following the graveside services.

Barbara was born on the family farm in Burt, Michigan on April 23, 1935 second child of the late Clyde and Muriza Munsell. She was joined in marriage to Kenneth Lee Kellogg on August 3, 1957 and he preceded her in death on November 28, 2005. Family was always important to her; in fact her and her husband Ken worked opposite shifts for General Motors while raising their children so one of them was always available to the kids. Barbara loved to read and enjoyed traveling and made friends anywhere she went. She liked to listen to Evis Presley, Stroh' Bock Beer, and a meal at Angelo's. She loved to do crossword puzzles, play Euchre, Bunko and "kick your ass at Yahtzee". Barbara spent over thirty-five years at General Motors AC Division retiring as a receiving inspector.

Surviving is son: Doug and wife Criss Kellogg, grandchildren: Jessica, Ian, and Trevor. She also leaves great grandchildren; Skyler, Gabe, and a great granddaughter due in October, her son-in-law Keith Cockerill, brother Eugene Munsell, and a host of extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by daughter Kathy Cockerill, grandson Johnathon, brother Truman, and sisters: Sherry and Juanita.
