Wanda Lou Lowthian of Burton, age 93, died Friday November 13, 2015 at Genesee Care Center. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Tuesday November 17, 2015 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Pastor Janine Plum, officiating, private burial at Davison Cemetery at a later date. Family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Wanda's memory to Reverence Hospice. Wanda was born in Carterville, Illinois on March 4, 1922 the daughter of the late; Floyd & Elva (Underwood) Ogden, and has resided in the Davison –Burton area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Robert E. Lowthian on December 6, 1944 and he preceded her in death on February 8, 2003. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary #267 of Davison, and Seymour Lake United Methodist Church. Wanda was employed by Genesee Merchant Bank for twenty-two years retiring in 1984. She leaves to cherish her memory sons: Richard (Claudia) Lowthian, Dennis (Sandee) Lowthian, and daughter Dianna Reger. She also leaves grandchildren; Robert (Beatriz Collazo) Lowthian, Troy (Aimee) Harlan, Krystal Harlan, Stephanie Weir, Kirsten Taylor, great grandchildren Codey Harlan, Zachary Harlan, Margot Taylor, and a host of other family members.
