Thomas "Tom" James Taylor of Davison, age 68, died Thursday February 20, 2025 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place.  Private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Tom was born in Flint, Michigan on June 19, 1956 the son of late Richard and Jerry Jean (McCully) Taylor and has resided in the Davison area most of his life. He was joined in marriage to Vicky Newsome in 1983 in Davison. Tom was a graduate of Davison High School Class of 1974. He is a former member of Davison Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge #3589. Tom was an avid softball player who played in numerous leagues and tournaments most of his life, he also had a true passion for the game of golf.

He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Vicky.  His children; Jace E. (Angela Thompson) Sears, Scott E. (Hayley Rice) Taylor, and his five loving grandchildren. He also leaves his siblings: Richard (Kelli) Taylor, Steve Taylor, and Linda Taylor. He is preceded in death by brother John Taylor in September 2014.
