Sally Carolyn Jacks Moss, 1927-2024. Yes, she was nearly 100 years old. On January 9, 2024 the Heavens celebrated as Sally relinquished her early bonds joining family and friends on the other side.

Sally was a strong woman and very actively involved with friends and local community. She taught elementary school for over 30 years, sailed and skied in younger years, and was active in the Junior League of Flint, Art Class, Alter Guild and was a Master Gardener. As an avid reader she often said she would go crazy if she could not read. Sally traveled extensively; her last trip was to NYC with family to celebrate her 90th birthday.

Sally was preceded in death by her father Carroll Edward Jacks, mother Mary Rachel Taubitz Jacks and her younger sisters Nancy Schroeder and Patricia Timyan. Oh yes, and her ex William Walter Moss.

A memorial gathering and bonfire will start at 6:00 pm Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Sally's daughter's 3130 Eugene St., Burton, Michigan 48519.
