Ruth Marie (Eskridge) of Davison age 86 died Wednesday October 6, 2010 at Genesys Hospice Care Center, Goodrich. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday October 11, 2010 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Debbie Line officiating, Burial in Davison Cemetery, Family will recieve visitors from 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home. those desiring may make contributions in Ruth's memory to the Columbiaville Food Pantry. Ruth was born in Detriot Michgian the daughter of the late; Benjamin and Caroline (Sorsen)Eskridge and has resided in the Davison area most of her life. She had been employed by Modern Manufacturing for over twenty years. Surviving are children Barbara Mitchell, Butch and wife Tina Roberts, Jack Proper, and Cindy and husband Hank Gruzwalski. Nine grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. Sister Mary Benson and Ruth's twin sister Gerry Hummel. she is preceded in death by great grandchildren Brandon and Tyler Mitchell.Three brothers, Ralph, Kenneth, and Earl.
