Ruth Ann Avery of Davison formerly of Burton age 73 died Wednesday October 10, 2012 at her residence. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Sunday October 14, 2012 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Gene Smith officiating Private burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 2:00 pm Sunday until time of services. Those desiring may make contribution is Ruth's memory to the charity of your choice. Ruth was born in Flint Michigan September 28, 1939, the daughter of the late: Armour & Eolah Coates, and has resided in the Davison area the last several years spending most of her life in the Burton area. She was joined in marriage to Lawrence Keith Avery in 1963 and he preceded her in death April 21, 2006. Ruth had been employed by F& E Manufacturing for over thirty years. She leaves sons Keith Avery, Eric Avery, Luke & wife Megan Avery. Sisters: Helen Davis, Betty Laureto, Alice Cooper, Barb Kraklau, brother Larry Coates., and a host of other relatives.
