Ruth A. Adams Percy of Davison age 99 died Tuesday September 22, 2009 at Willowbrook Manor. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday September 26, 2009 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison.Rev. Debbie A. Line officiating.Burial in Davison Cemetery.Family will recieve visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer Foundation or the Davison Methodist Church Memorial Fund in Ruth's name. Ruth was born April 25, 1910 the daughter of the late; Arthur & Mernie (Bailey) Hull and had resided in the Flint-Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Max Adams in 1931 and he preceded her in death in 1962. Ruth married Albert Percy in 1968 and he preceded her in death in 1981. She was a member of the Davison United Methodist Church and the Flint Area Teachers Association. Ruth was employed by Kearsley Community Schools for twenty-two years retiring in 1972. She had also taught in the Davison Area Schools. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter; Marjorie and husband David Horton, ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by daughter; Barbara Hasian, great granddaughter Amy Lynn Horton , and brother Robert "Bob" Hull
