Obituary
Ruby May Fales of Lapeer, age 92 died Saturday July 24, 2010 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. Goodrich. Honoring her whishes, crematin has taken place. A memorial graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday September 24, 2010 at Mt.Hope Cemetery Lapeer, Michigan.
Ruby was born May 3, 1918 in Westville, Illinois the daughter of Frank and Opha (Sollars) Smith, She was thier last living child. She was preceded in death by her first husband Alphonse Vendal and husband Herbert Fales. Surviving are two children, Sandra and husband Gerald Jankowski of Lapeer, Andrew and wife Dayna Vendal of Johns Creek, Georgia, grandchildren: Tracy and husband Gary Goulet, Timothy and wife Lori Jankowski, Andrew and wife Mary Vendal, Karen and husband Scott Kennedy, Kristie and husbadn Michael Dusevic, and ten great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Genesys Hospice Care Center for thier loving care,
