Ross Scott Trouten of Burton, age 64, died Friday July 19, 2013 at his residence. Family will receive visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 pm Tuesday July 23, 2013 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. A graveside memorial service will be celebrated at 11:00 am Saturday July 27, 2013 at Sunset Hill Cemetery 4413 Flushing Rd. Flint. Chaplain Hank Messing officiating. Ross was born in Flint Michigan November 1, 1948 the son of the late; Ross & Jessie (Hume) Trouten and has resided in the Burton area most of his life. He was joined in marriage to Joan Larsen on August 1, 1970 in Flint. Ross was employed by General Motors Truck & Bus Division for over thirty-five years before his retirement. He leaves to cherish his memory wife Joan, children Ross David (Jennifer Lange) Trouten, Stephan Grayland (Jacob Lloyd) Trouten, and Thomas Robert Trouten.
