Rose Seibert of Davison age 87, died Wednesday January 3, 2018 at Brookdale of Davison. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday January 6, 2018 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison. Rev. Bo Rin Cho officiating. Private burial in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.  Rose was born in Kalamazoo Michigan on January 12, 1930 the daughter of the late: William & Mabel (Jobb) Seibert. Rose graduated from Pontiac High School where she played basketball and was in the National Honor Society. She loved sports of all kids and playing cards. She was an avid golfer and bowler and rock hound. She graduated from Pontiac Business Institute and worked for the City of Pontiac for 38 years. She started as a clerk typist and when she retired she was head of the City of Pontiac Income Tax Dept. for many years. She loved traveling around the country visiting family with her mother Mabel. She was a lifetime member of Better Homes and Garden Club of Pontiac this being one of the many clubs she belonged to. She is survived by three nieces, five nephews, three great nieces , eight great nephews, and cousins. Rose has joined her Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven She also joins her parents William and Mabel Seibert, sister Joyce Bussard, and Dintsy Crawford in Heaven. Special thank you to everyone at Brookdale Assisted Living for the wonderful care they gave her. She loved it there. Donations may be made to Davison United Methodist Church Youth Group in her name.
