Robin Kay Schaller

Robin Kay Schaller of Otisville, formerly of Lake Orion, age 68, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 27, 2026 at Trinity-St. Joseph Hospital Pontiac. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place.

Robin was born on September 18, 1957 the beloved daughter of: James Reynolds and Marjorie (Roy) Reynolds-Gillard and she had resided in Otisville area since 2019, spending most of her life in the Lake Orion area. Robin had a deep love for nature and found peace in its beauty throughout her life. She enjoyed bird watching and loved quiet time sailing on the waterway. Her ability to knit and crochet was a true gift. She was a proud member of the UAW and had been employed by General Motors Truck and Bus Division until her retirement in 2015, dedicating over thirty-years of service.

Robin was a loving mother to Matt (Jenna) Schaller and Meggan Schaller-Miracle, and a proud Gamma/Bunga to Brayden, Levi, Blake, Lila, Lane, Brooklyn, and the late Annabelle, who was forever held close in her heart. She also leaves to cherish her memory her mother: Marjorie Reynolds-Gillard and husband Roy Gillard. She is also the cherished sister: of Cheryl (Jeff) Ziegelbauer, and James (Theresa) Reynolds. She remained lifelong friends with her former husband and father of her children Mark Schaller and host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father: James Reynolds.
