Robert LeRoy Kline of Lapeer, age 69, died Saturday, December 3, 2022 at McLaren-Lapeer Regional Hospital surrounded by family.

Bob was born in Flint, Michigan on January 7, 1953.  The son of the late Donald and Gladys (Sickner) Kline.  He was a resident of the Lapeer area since 1977; spending his early years in Burton, Michigan.

Bob was joined in marriage to his true love, Sharon Robinson, on December 2, 1972.  They remained side by side from that day on until his passing.  They celebrated 50 years of marriage on December 2, 2022.

Bob attended Bentley schools and was a graduate of the class of 1971.  He was a member of the Lapeer County Sportsman's Club, NRA, and the Lapeer Chapter of the Harley Owners Group.  He was employed by General Motor's Buick Division until his retirement in 1992.

Bob was a family man and his children and grandchildren brought him much joy.  His passions included shooting and his never-ending love of the open road on his Harley-Davidson.  Always a night owl, Bob will forever be remembered as our "man in the moon".

Bob leaves behind his cherished wife of 50 years, Sharon along with his children Tracie (and Brian) Arnold and Laura (and Bob) Primeau.  Bob has three beautiful grandchildren Taylor and Ashtyn Primeau, and Brianna Arnold.  He also leaves behind four great-grandchildren Logan, Leah Harper, Everleigh Rose and Kingsleigh Ann Primeau. His is survived by his siblings Donna Waterson, Donald (and Andrea) Kline, and Sally Parker.  He is preceded in death by his brother David Kline, his mother Gladys and his father Donald Kline.
