Robert Earl Forsberg of Genesee Township age 80, died Monday April 1, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. No public services are being held. Those desiring may make contributions in Robert's memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Foundation.

Robert was born in Flint Michigan on April 3, 1938 the son of the late Earl & Lorraine (Thomas) Forsberg and has resided in the Flint area his entire life. He was joined in marriage to Ida Burnash on October 30, 1965. Robert enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid Hunter and Fisherman. He also an enjoyed auto body and car painting in his early years. He is employed by General Motors Truck & Bus Division retiring in 1990.

Surviving is wife: Ida; daughter: Rene Forsberg; daughter-in-law: Marci Forsberg; grandchildren: C.J., Carson, Ashton, and, Cooper; sisters: Linda Giffin-Walker, and Marlene Schimmer.
