SWAIN, Richard Lee, Loving husband, father and grandfather of Davison age 50 died Tuesday July 28, 2009 at Hurley Medical Center. A Memorial service will be held at 11: 00 a.m. Saturday August 1, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church 706 W. Flint St. Davison. Pastor Todd Frusti officiating. The family will receive visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services at the church. Richard was born in Highland Park, Michigan March 14, 1959 the son of Richard and Dawn (Huntt) Swain, and had resided in Novi and Illinois prior to relocating to the Davison area. He was joined in marriage to Dorothy Willer on January 31, 1981 at St Michaels Lutheran Church in LaGrange Park, Illinois. Richard was employed by General Motors at the Grand Blanc Facility. He leaves to cherish his memory wife; Dorothy, sons; Richard and wife Kari Swain, Ryan Swain, David Swain, and Daniel Swain. Grandson Landon Swain. Mother; Dawn Huntt, brother Donald Swain, sister Leann Willingham and step-mother; Mary Swain. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He is preceded in death by father; Richard Swain, two brothers and one sister.
