Richard Allen Cohee of Davison, age 80, passed away Saturday March 14, 2026 at the Pines of Goodrich. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. Inurnment with military honors will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.

Richard was born in Flint, Michigan on October 4, 1945 the son of the late Delbert and Gladys (Weins) Cohee and spent his early childhood years in Flint, in his teen years the family moved to Davison he excelled in school and played Baseball. He graduated from Davison High School, Class of 1963. After graduation he began working at General Motors - AC Spark Plug. He paused his working career and proudly joined the US Marine Corp. After his Military Service he returned to work at AC Spark Plug and moved to Flushing, MI. He retired after 32 years. He married Nancy Underwood on September 14, 1985. After retiring they moved to Tennessee where he enjoyed fishing and visits from family and friends. To be closer to family they moved to Florida where he truly enjoyed playing Softball.

He is dearly missed and memories are cherished by; wife Nancy, children: Kristin (Michael) Howsare, Todd (Melissa) Cohee, Tim (Leslee) Cohee, and step-daughter Sheryl (Jeff) Engleman. Richard also leaves his loving nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, brother Robert (Cheryl) Cohee, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by step-daughter Michele Germaine, brothers: Donald Cohee, Kenneth Cohee, and nephew Scott Cohee.
