Ralph Clare Hadden of Burton age 91, died Thursday September 13, 2012, at Lapeer County Medical Care Center. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday September 15, 2012 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Harold Polk officiating with private burial at Crestwood Memorial Gardens. Family will recieve visitors from 12:00 noon Saturday until time of services. Ralph was born in Flint Michigan Juy 24, 1921 the son of the late: Defay & Rossetta (Robbins) Hadden, an had resided in the Flint area his entire life. He was joined in marriage to Dorothy Brock in 1945 and she preceded him in death 2005. Answering the call of his country Ralph served in the US Navy during WW II. He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, East Flint Lions Club, and Welfare Lodge #517. Ralph had owned and operated Hadden Market on N. Genesee Rd until his retirement in 1975. He leaves to cherish his memory children; Marlene Cole, James & wife Debbie Hadden, Joanne & husband Kris Johns. Seven grandchildren, Nine great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. sisters, Anna Craine, Shirley Burke, and a host of other relatives.
