Phyllis June Morris of Davison age 79 died Sunday October 3, 2010 at Brian's House Hospice. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday October 6, 2010 at the Community Baptist Church 3104 N. Oak Rd. Davison. Pastor Daryl Taylor officiating. Burial in Meadowview Cemetery. Family will recieve visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home by Davison VFW Auxillary #4087. Phyllis will lie in state at the church from 10:00 am Wednesday until time of services, those desiring may make contributions in her memory to the family. Phyllis was born in Portsmith Ohio January 12, 1931 the daughter of the late: Guy and Clara (Meek) Butler and has resided in the Davison area for many years. Phyllis was joined in marriage to John Morris April 22, 1951 in Portsmith Ohio and he preceded her in death May 17, 1994. She was a member of Community Baptist Church of Davison and the Davison VFW Auxillary #4087. She leaves to cherish her memory. Son: John Morris, and daughter Debra and Carlo Vartinell, Grandson Eric. Sister Violet Smith and sister in law Clara Morris, She is preceded in death by son Patrick in 1961
