Peggy Ann Glinski (Mauk) of Columbiaville, age 55, passed away Wednesday July 13, 2016 at her residence. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am Saturday July 30, 2016 at the Metamora Lions Club 3490 N. Oak St. Metamora Michigan 48455, with a time of fellowship and luncheon to follow. Peggy was born in Lapeer Michigan on October 5, 1960 the daughter of Jim & Barb Mauk (Dean) and has resided in the Lapeer area her entire life. She was joined in marriage to John Glinski on July 20, 1985. Peggy enjoyed spending time with her family (especially her grandchildren), going up to the family's beach house, stained glass projects, shopping and traveling. Her smile and laugh was beyond infectious. She welcomed everyone she meet with open arms and an open heart. She always put everyone before herself, even on her worst days, she worried about everyone else. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful of a woman Peggy was and how much she was adored by all. Peggy leaves to cherish her memory husband John, children; Josh Glinski & Natalie, Tiffany Glinski & Teran, Eric Mauk & Haley, also her grandchildren; Easton Glinski, Tori Mauk, Tyler Mauk, Cheyenne Prince, and Weston Horn. She also leaves father Jim Mauk, her siblings Jimmy & Carol Mauk, Sandra Mauk, her father-in-law & mother-in-law Jerome & Helen Glinski, sister-in-law Patricia Glinski and a host of other relatives.
