Paul Joseph Forster of Flint, age 61, died Thursday April 16, 2020 at McLaren - Flint. Private family services will be held on Tuesday April 21, 2020 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating, burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Due to CDC guidelines of social distancing and limited gathering at one time, the family will receive visitors from 1 – 4 pm Monday at the funeral home, we understand those who those who may or may not want to join us, and we respect their personal decisions. Paul was born in Flint Michigan on February 2, 1959 the son of the late: Donald and Leona (Hayes) Forster and has resided in the Flint area his entire life. He was joined in marriage to Tracy Austin on July 29, 1999. He was a graduate Flint Central High School Class of 1976. Paul was a true sports enthusiast and had been a volunteer coach in Football at both Atherton and Mt. Morris Schools.  He was employed by Flint City Police Department as a Safety Officer.

Surviving is wife Tracy, children; AJ Forster, Cailee Forster, and Mackenzey Forster. He also leaves his mother-in-law & father-in-law Judy and Fred Austin, sisters & brother-in-laws; Karen and Joe Abdella, Sandi and Steve Little, and a host of extended family and friends.
