Patricia Ann "Patty" Sorensen of Burton age 55 died Tuesday March 13, 2012 at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Saturday March 17, 2012 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 6336 Roberta Dr, Burton. Fr. Carl Simons, Celebrant. Burial at St. John Catholic Cemetery. Family will recieve visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Patty was born in Flint Michigan October 17, 1956 the daughter of Wayne & Phyllis (Finkbiner) Fortune and has resided in the area her entire life. She was joined in marriage to Ronald "Ron" Sorensen on October 12, 1979. Patty loved the outdoors and waa a avid camper. She also spent her free time scrapbooking. Patty was employed for Chase Bank for thirty-four years. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband Ron, son Cory and wife Rachel, father, Wayne Fortune and a host of other relatives.
