Mildred Irene Bedore, of Davison age 89 passed away Saturday December 25, 2010 at Bristol Manor. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2:00pm Wednesday December 29, 2010 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St.,Davison. Fr. Andrew Czajkowski officiating with burial in St. John Cemetery. Mrs. Bedore will lie in state from 11:00am Wednesday until time of service at the church. Those desiring may make contributions in Mildred's memory to St. John Church. Mildred was born in Burgettstown Pennsylvania November 5, 1921 the daughter of the late;George & Anna (Hritz) Felisky, and resided in the Davison area her entire life. She joined in marriage to Lester "Les" Bedore August 28, 1943 and he preceded her in death December 13, 1997. Mildred was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Davison, member of the Fifty and Over Club, St. John Altar Society, Davison VFW Post Auxiliary #4087, and had spent numerous years as a volunteer at the St. Joseph Hosptial of Flint. She survived by children; Richard & wife Cheryl Bedore, Robert & wife Tonya Bedore, Douglas & wife Mary Bedore, Loren & wife Pamela Bedore, Cynthia Bedore, Larry Bedore, and Kathy and husband Keith Bowden. Thirteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Daughter in law Diane Bedore. Brothers; George Felisky, Donald & wife Sarah Felisky. Sisters; Irene Campbell and Elizabeth Mahoney. She is preceded in death by daughter; Cheryl Ann, son Dennis, grandson Joel and brothers; William, Charles,James, and John. The family would like to express their gradtitude to the staff of Bristol Manor and McLaren Hospice for their care and compassion they gave to Mildred.
