Michael Lawrence Shelley of Flushing, age 66, died Saturday August 8, 2020 at McLaren-Flint. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. No public services are being held. Michael was born in Akron Ohio on November 28, 1953 the son of the late Henry & Donna (Hackett) Shelley and has resided in the Flushing for over the last thirty year. He was joined in marriage to Rebecca Petersen on July 27, 1974. Michael was an avid golfer and enjoyed Upland Bird Hunting and was a member of the Ruffed Grouse Society.

He is survived his wife Rebecca, son Ben (Jennifer) Shelley, grandson Brennan and granddaughter Aniston. He also leaves his siblings: Mark (Pamela) Shelley, Cindy (Don) Allen, Theresa Seese, and a host of extended family and friends. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
