Michael Ronald Delling of Flint age 65, died Monday October 3, 2016 at Lapeer County Medical Care Center, Lapeer. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday October 6, 2016 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Fr. Pierre T. Bassil will officiate. Private burial in New Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm Thursday until time of services at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Mike's memory to Our Lady of Lebanon Church or Lapeer County Medical Care Center. Michael was born in Flint Michigan on September 14, 1951, the son of Francis R. "Ron" & Elizabeth A. (Mansour) Delling and had spent his early years in Florida, returning in his mid-teens to spend the rest of his life in Flint and Lapeer. Mike was an avid swimmer and fisherman during his life. Michael was a graduate of State Technical Institute, and was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Church. Surviving is his loving mother Elizabeth, his sister Debbie and husband Tom Mulqueen. He also leaves nephews Michael Belzeski, Jeff Belzeski, his great nephews and nieces: Elias, Luke, Julianna, Liam and Isaac. Uncles: George Mansour, Jerry Mansour, Tony Mansour, and a host of other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Francis "Ron" Delling, and brother Mark Delling.
