Michael Scott Cook of Burton age 45 passed away Thursday November 25, 2010 at his residence. A funeral service will be at 12:00 noon Monday November 29, 2010 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel. Rev. Tim McKinnies officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors 1-4 and 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Michael was born in Flint, Michigan on March 8, 1965 the son of Jack and Darlene (George) Cook and has resided in the Burton area most of his life. He owned and operated Universal Services Advantage. He leaves to cherish his memory; daughters: Kayla Cook, Brandee Cook; son: Garen Jackson; father and step mother Jack and Mary Cook; sister: Pam and Dave Moss and host of other relatives; Fiancée Lori Hope. Michael is preceded in death by mother Darlene Cook and brothers; Paul Cook and Denny Cook.
