Matthew Linton Sazy, of Davison age 67 died Monday November 2, 2009 at his residence with his family by his side. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday November 5, 2009 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St. Davison. Fr. Andrew Czajkowski officiating. Private Inurnment at St. John Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to Habitat for Humanities in Matt's name. Matthew was born in Flint, Michigan May 27, 1942 the son of the late; Andrew & Virginia (Garvey) Sazy and spent his earlier years in Flushing. He was joined in marriage to Agnes Pemberton December 16, 1976. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Davison, and the Otisville Lions Club. Matt had been employed by General Motors for thirty seven years retiring from the Great Lakes Tech Center in 2000. Surviving is wife; Agnes, children; Angela & husband Jim Wills, Matt Sazy, Terry and wife Genie Warner Jr., Jeffrey and wife Michele Warner, Grandchildren; Sydney, Spencer, Sadie, Megan, Malory, Zachrey, and Emily. Sister; Andrea Sazy, and brother; Mark and wife Sue Sazy.
