Matthew Scott Lipsky Jr. of Ypsilanti, formerly of Flushing, age 32, died Tuesday June 1, 2021 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 Sunday June 6, 2021 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating, with cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors from 1:00 – 6:00 pm Saturday and from 11:00 am Sunday until time of services at the funeral home.

Matthew was born in Flint Michigan on March 2, 1989, the son of Matthew Lipsky Sr. & Kimberly Preston.  He was a graduate of Flushing High School and had been on the Flushing Football Team and Wrestling Team. He enjoyed going to the gym working out and staying in shape. He had a big heart and when he loved you, he loved with all he had. Friends were everything to him, you were never just a friend of Matt's you were family. Matt was a hard worker, and was employed by Teddy's Lawn Care where he took great pride in his work.

Surviving is daughter Paislee Ann- Nicole Lipsky (mother of his daughter AdreAnna  McLaughlin), mother Kimberly (David) Brown, father Matthew Lipsky Sr. sister Nicole Lipsky, Matt is his sister's hero, protector  and best friend, brothers; Antonio Brown, and Nickolas (Desirae) Brown. He also leaves his grandparents Rick & Joann, his best friend and nana Beverly (Roger) Preston, nephew Dylan Lipsky, niece Raelynn Brown, uncles Tony (Lori) Lipsky, Scott Cavitt, and a host of extended family and friends.
