Mary Frances Kuula, of Davison, age 82, passed away Thursday February 20, 2020 at home with the comfort of her family at her side. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mary was born in Flint Michigan on February 6, 1938 the daughter of Clarence & Frances (Meredith) Sisson and had resided in the Davison area the several years, spending most of her life in the southern states. Mary was a nurse for several Governmental Health Care Systems for many years, including Oakdale in Lapeer before retiring.

She is survived by her children: Michael and wife Anne Sams and their children:  Bryanna (Sams) and husband Doug Knight, and Mathew and wife Erin Rudolph. Steven and wife Tammy Sams and their children:  Kimberly (Sams) and husband Stephen Fabian, Ashley Sams, and Kalyn (Sams) and husband Scott Neff. Craig and wife Sue Sams and their children: Kristina (Sams) and husband Don Palm. Eric and wife Pamela Sams and their children: Eric Jr. and wife Diane Sams, Kari Sams, and Amie (Sams) and husband Keith Ruby, Lisa (Sams) and husband Tom O'Morrow and their children: Stephanie O'Morrow, Nathan O'Morrow, Stacey O'Morrow, and Matt and wife Taryn O'Morrow, Justin McTaggart, and Travis McTaggart. She also leaves her 32 great grandchildren; sister: Jackie (Sisson) and husband Keith Osburn; 2 nieces and 1 nephew; and Mary's close "fiend" of 55 years Carol Fulgencio.
