Mary Frances "Franny" Grenke of Davison age 77 died Thursday September 29, 2011 at her residence. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday October 9, 2011 at Braidwood Senior Housing 336 N. Main St. Davison. Those desiring may make contributions in Fran's memory to the charity of your choice. Mary Frances was born in Algonac Michigan on October 13, 1933 the daughter of the late; John & Anna Marie (Recor) Paquette, and has resided in the Davison area for over forty-seven years. She was a former member of the Davison VWF Auxiliary Post 4087. Franny started her cooking career at the fomer Jonesey's Restaurant and continued until retiring from Whitey's Restaurant in 2010. She leaves to cherish her memory children; Mary Jane & husband Keith White, Karla & husband Bill Uren, Freddie & wife Jenny Grenke, and Johnny & wife Phyllis Grenke. Seventeen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and Sister, Helen Saxton. She is preceded in death by son Eugene, and daughter Barbara Jean Salas, sister, Rose Marie Barrett, and the father of her children, Donald Kenneth Grenke.
