Marjorie Agnes Dunlap formerly of Linden age 74 died Thursday January 28, 2010 at Genesys Hospice Care Center, Goodrich. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday February 1, 2010 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Pastor Gary L. Beck officiating followed by burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.Those desiring may maked contributions in Marjorie's memory to the Alzheimer Foundation. Family will recieve visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Marjorie was born in Flint Michigan June 28, 1935 the daughter of George & Bertha (Rau) Gutgesell and has resided in the Flint area her entire life. she was joined in marriage to Arnold Eugene Dunlap Febraury 6, 1960 and he preceded her in death May 10, 2008. Marjorie was a graduate of Flint Central High and had been employed by St. Joseph Hospital until her retirement in 1999. She leaves to cherish her memory; Daughter Sue and husband John Dingman, grandchildren; Jacob Thatcher and Emily Thatcher,sister; Lydia Grainger, brother Arthur Gutgesell,father of her grandchildren; Dean Thatcher and a host of other relatives.
