Marie M. Lecours of Lowell formerly of Waterford, age 61, died Monday April 15, 2019 at Spectrum Health Center, Grand Rapids. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Tuesday April 23, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St., Davison. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski, Celebrant. Private burial will be held at a later date in Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston, Michigan. Family will received visitors from 11:00 am Tuesday until time of services at the church. Those desiring may make contributions in Marie's memory to St. John Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society.

Marie was born in Highland Park, Michigan on September 8, 1957 the daughter of Robert Joseph & Mitzie Ann (Frye) Lecours and had spent her early years in Waterford and the Lowell area the last twenty years. She was a graduate of Waterford-Kettering High School and Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. Marie was employed as Customer Account Manager for the Quad Co. in Greenville Michigan.

Surviving is mother Mitzie Lecours, brothers Russell Joseph Lecours, David John Lecours, sisters Karry (Mark) Secosky, and Melissa (Benny) Palazzolo. She also leaves her nephews Robert James Lecours, Joey Palazzolo, niece Tara (Nick) Vandaele, great niece Sadie Vandaele, and a host of extended family.
