Lucy Gwendolyn Frick of Davison, age 90, died Tuesday September 19, 2023, at the Cottages of Davison. A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm Friday September 22, 2023 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating: with private burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date. Family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until time of services at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Lucy's memory to the Alzheimer's Foundation or American Cancer Association.

Lucy was born in Coleman Michigan on August 9, 1933 the daughter of Ralph and Lulie (Ricker) Jones and has resided in the Davison area since 1961. She was joined in marriage to Darrell Frick on November 2, 1951. Lucy was a graduate of Bendle High School Class of 1951. Lucy loved her travel and vacation time spent in Briny Breeze Florida for many years. She enjoyed spending time outdoors whether she was camping or taking her long walks that she truly loved. She and her husband enjoyed dancing for many years, but her greatest love was the time spent with her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of over seventy one year's Darrell.  Her children: Lucinda (Gary) Allis, Belinda (Joel) Fisher, Amanda Frick, and Monte (Deanna) Frick. She also leaves her loving grandchildren: Tara (Ryan) Case, Jacob  Allis, Christie (Shannon) Warren, Janel (Richard) Davis, Adam Fisher, Mitchel (Mercedes) Frick, Katie Frick, Dolan Frick, and her great grandchildren;  Myla, Jared (Jordan), Joshua, Tyler, Emma, Sophia, Ethan, Rhea, Brooklyn, and Riley.
