Lois Jean Bond of Davison, age 93, died Friday January 14, 2022 at Charter of Davison. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday April 30, 2022 at Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring may make contributions in her memory to the Hurley Children's Foundation – Make a Wish.

Lois was born on January 21, 1928 the daughter of the late Homer & Ethel (Bartman) Wickham and has resided in the Davison area since 1952. Lois was joined in marriage to her husband of forty-nine years, Vern Bond on April 30, 1949 and he preceded her in death on April 23, 1998. Lois graduated from Flint Tech and was a life member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary #4087. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed knitting in her spare time. Lois loved to travel with family throughout the states. She had a true belief in God and was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory children: Deborah Neville and husband James, and David Bond and wife Patti. She also leaves her loving grandchildren; Timothy "TJ" Slattery, Kylie Bond, Austin Bond and her eight great grandchildren; and host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by brothers: Jack Wickham, and James Wickham, and her close friend of 69 years Margaret Martin. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
