Lloyd John Campbell of Flushing age 74 died Saturday November 14, 2009 at Whispering Pines Adult care Facility. Honoring Lloyd's wishes cremation has taken place. Private inurnment at Great Lakes National Cemetery.Pastor Larry Kluck officiating. Lloyd was born in Munising Michigan May 19, 1935 the son of Warren & Constance (Dean) Campbell and had resided in the Flushing area most of his life. Answering the call of his country Lloyd served in the US Army. Mr. Campbell had a Masters in Social Work and a Doctorate in Education and had been employed by Genesee Intermediate School District until his retirement. He leaves to cherish his memory; Childen, Family and friends.The family would like to express thier gratitude to Renee, Kim and Girls at Whispering Pines, Cora, Jim and staff of Hometown Health Care, and Dr. Chaundhry MD for thier love and caring compassion during this time, also a special thank you to Jack & Ellen Currie for thier unfailing frienship
