Linda Myrtle Matney of Flint, age 70, died Wednesday December 8, 2021 at her residence. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. Linda was born in Flint Michigan on May 21, 1951 and has resided in the Flint area most of her life. Linda was always involved with her family and enjoy being with them. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed gardening. Linda was an artist who loved to paint and draw. Her greatest enjoyment was fishing and the enjoyment of the outdoors.

She is survived by daughter Barbara Hitsman, and son David Valles. She also leaves her grandchildren: Robert Hitsman, Anthony Hitsman, Adrieanna Johnson, Cameron Chase, Nariah Coonce, Beau Valles, and Sally Valles, and great grandchildren; Celina Hitsman, Jayden Hitsman, and Elijah Hitsman, and Ivan Michael Warr. Surviving siblings; David Hitsman, Micky Hitsman, Charles Hitsman, Terry Hitsman, Timothy Hitsman, Paula Hitsman, Mayme O'Brien, LaVonne Carraway, and a host of extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
