Letha Yvonne Dowdy-Olsen formerly of Westland, Michigan, age 86, passed peacefully Monday April 17, 2023 at Charter Senior Living of Davison. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday June 10, 2023 at her beloved A-Frame in Atlanta Michigan.

Letha was born in Boswell, Pennsylvania on December 30, 1936 the daughter of the late Roy and Hulda (Myers) Croyle she had resided in Westland, Michigan for many years and had spent many retirement years as a "Snowbird" between Michigan and Florida. She was a member of FOE #4077 in Atlanta Michigan. Letha was a true lover of "sun and sand". She had been employed by A& P Grocery, retiring with over thirty years of service.

Surviving are children: Gregory and wife Karen Dowdy, and Kelly Dowdy. Her loving grandchildren; Robert and wife Janniece Manier,  Rebecca Manier, Kenneth Dowdy, Matthew Dowdy and wife Stephanie Cianca, and great grandchildren; Emma Manier, Olivia Manier, and Kaine Rau. She is preceded in death by husbands Jack Dowdy and Bruce Olsen as well as her infant son Thomas Crenshaw and daughter Pamela and son-in-law Robert Manier.
