Leila Mae Rowden of Davison age 76 died Thursday July 29, 2010 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday August 4, 2010 at 1:00pm at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison. Pastor Sam Pace officiating. Burial Davison Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 11:00am Wednesday until time of service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contribution to American Lung Association or Carriage Town Ministries. Leila was born in Lapeer County, Michigan on May 2, 1934 the daughter of the late Warren and Erma (Lewis) Brown and has resided in the Davison area for the last forty four years. She was joined in marriage to Thomas Rowden on June 3, 1960 in Lapeer, Michigan. Leila was member of the Davison Eagles # 3589. She leaves to cherish her memory: Husband Tom; daughters: Cathy and husband Rob Decker, and Debbie and husband Mark Ratza; grandchildren: Alicia, and Aaron Ratza and Kami, and Kylie Decker, brother: Lewis and wife Erma Brown, sister: Anna Jean and husband Bob Konieczka and host of other relatives. She was preceded in death by brother and sister-in-law Al and Helen Brown.
