Kelly J. Dameron of Davison Township, age 57, died Friday May 24, 2019 after a nineteen year battle with cancer. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place.  A Gathering Time will be held from 4 -7 pm Tuesday May 28, 2019 at the American Legion Hall 10309 Davison Rd. Davison. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:00 pm Tuesday, with Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski, Celebrant. Those desiring may make contributions in Kelly's memory to the McLaren Hospice.

Kelly was born in Flint Michigan on July 5, 1961 the son of the late Buford & Marie (Devlin) Dameron and has resided in the Davison area most of his life.  He was joined in marriage to Mary Pavelock on October 23, 1993 in Davison.  Kelly was a weapons enthusiast and an avid deer hunter. Kelly proudly served the Davison Community as a member of the Davison Area Fire Department from 1992 – 2001. He was employed as a Linesman for AT&T until his retirement.

Surviving is his loving wife, Mary, his son Jake and wife Taylor Dameron, and daughter Taylor and husband Jake Miller. He also leaves his special niece Ashley and husband Dillon Marckel, and great niece Brooklyn. Also surviving is sister Kathy and husband Earl Bailey, brothers Jim and wife Sandie Dameron, John and wife Denice Dameron, and a host of extended family and friends.
