Kay Lois Thurlow of Davison, age 81, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 5, 2019 at Lapeer County Medical Care Facility. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. No public services or visitation is being held. Those desiring may make contributions in Kay's memory to the charity of your choice.

Kay was born in Flint Michigan on July 24, 1937 the daughter of the late: Raymond "Sam" & Rena (Fromwiller) Madison and had resided in the Davison area her entire life. Kay was joined in marriage to Glenn Roy Thurlow in Davison on February 2, 1955 and he preceded her in death on May 30, 1988. She had worked for Genova Manufacturing and spent several years as a bus driver in the community but spent most of her years raising her family, and later enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving are daughter Donna (Garry) Lamphier, sons: Glenn Roy Thurlow II and Joe (Joan) Thurlow. She also leaves her grandchildren; Steven Fortner, Raymond Thurlow, Jim Thurlow, Ron Thurlow, Clint Thurlow, and Lisa Drendall. Her loving great grandchildren; Nick Thurlow, Raelynn Thurlow, Courtney Thurlow, Maddie Thurlow, Samuel Thurlow, Landon Drendall, Kelsi McMurray, Kyle McMurray, Madison Myers, Calib Ponak, and sisters: Reva Keiter, Sue Neidert, and Diane Husted.
