Judy Lou Raber of Flint, age 71, died Saturday November 27, 2021 at her residence. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. No public services are being held. Those desiring may make contributions in her memory to the family c/o Michael Raber.

Judy was born in Eldorado Illinois on April 1, 1950 the daughter of the late Johnny & Wanda ( Corlew) Owens and has resided in the Flint area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Samuel Raber in 1966. She had been a member of Burton Fire Department Auxiliary for many years. She was a bus driver for VIP Transportation until her retirement. She also was employed by Teamsters Local 332 as a secretary for many years.

Surviving is husband Samuel, children; Michael Raber, Kevin Raber, and Karen Raber. She also leaves five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Her surviving siblings: brother Denny Owens, sisters Johnna Duncan, Janet Ryker and a host of extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandson Ethan, and brother Ronnie Owens.
