Laureto, Joyce Ann of Burton, age 70, died Friday, April 9, 2021 at McLaren-Lapeer Regional Hospital. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. Graveside services will be held at 3pm on Friday May 14, 2021 at the family plot, Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Those desiring may make contributions in Joyce's memory to the Genesee County Humane Society or The Burton Senior Center.

Joyce was born in Flint Michigan on May 14, 1950, the daughter of Louis & Betty Jane (Coates) Laureto and had resided in the Burton area her entire life. She was a graduate of Bentley High School Class of 1968 and a 1993 graduate of The University of Michigan – Flint. Joyce loved to needle point and was an avid collector of antiques.  She had been employed by Michigan Bell Telephone for numerous years.

Surviving is niece Deanna (Grant) Mayer and their children; Arden, Ainsley, and Enzo. She also leaves behind many cousins, aunts, uncles, special friend Cynthia Hickey and a host of friends.  She is preceded in death by father Louis in 1986; brothers Leonard and Jim in 2012 and her mother Betty in 2015.
