Joyce Marie Cox of Saginaw . Age 79 passed away Thursday December 8, 2011 at Healthsource of Saginaw. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Joyce was born in Mt Pleasant, Michigan on March 23, 1932 the daughter of the late Wellington and Crystal (Slater) Graham and has resided in the Montrose, Saginaw, Bay City and Essexville areas most of her life. Joyce owned and operated Neumann Florist and Greenhouse in the Bay City and Essexville area for many years. Her love and enjoyment of decorating allowed her take this hobby and turn it into an Interior Design Business in her later years. She leaves to cherished her memory sons: Eric and wife Kathy Neumann, Greg and wife Gail Neumann; grandchildren: Steven, Sarah, Kyle, and Katelyn; great grandson: Dominic; brother: Dale Burgess, and a host of other relatives. She is preceded in death by husbands Robert Neumann, and Richard Cox stepfather Floyd Burgess; brothers: Larry Burgess, and Kenneth Burgess; and sister: Phyllis Cox.
