Josephine Northrup of Davison age 78 died Tuesday January 6, 2015 at the Pines of Burton. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. Those desiring may make contributions in Josephine's memory to the First Baptist Church of Davison. She was born in Flint Michigan on April 25, 1936 the daughter of the late: Charles & Margery (Wood) Cummings, and has resided in the Davison area since 1980, spending most of her life in the Flint area. Josephine was a graduate of University of Michigan, a member of First Baptist Church of Davison, and a member of the MacDowell Club. She had been employed by General Motors AC-Delphi Division. Surviving is sons Jonathan & wife Margaret Northrup, and Samuel Northrup. Also she leaves four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and host of other relatives. she is preceded in death by daughter Jenny Austin, and sister Barbara Price.
