Joseph William "Bill" Farrington of Davison Township age 73, died Thursday August 13, 2020 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. His ashes will be interred at a graveside ceremony at Stiles Cemetery in Lapeer at 1:00 pm Saturday September 12, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following at his residence. Those desiring may make contributions in Bill's memory to the ASPCA or Wounded Warriors.

Bill was born in Flint Michigan on July 7, 1947 the son of the late Bernard & Josephine (Carpenter) Farrington and has resided in the Davison area most of his life. He was joined in marriage to Susan (Susie)Fecher. Bill was a true Harley Rider and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a true marksman when it came to Archery. He had been employed by General Motors Buick Division retiring in July 2000 and a proud member of UAW Local 599

Surviving is wife Susie, son Robert (Brandi) Farrington, stepsons; Jeremy Beem and John Beem II. He also leaves his grandchildren Rogan, Rachel, Alyvia, his sibling Tom (Marilyn) Farrington, Mary Jo Farrington, and a host of extended family and friends.
