John Alan Gage Stuer

John Stuer of Columbiaville age 32 died Saturday August 22, 2026 at his residence. A funeral service will be held Friday August 28, 2026 at 12noon at Hansen Funeral Home Downtown Davison, with Julie Kram officiating with cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors from 4:00pm-8:00pm Thursday August 27, 2026 at the funeral home, and 11:00am until time of service on Friday. Those desiring to make contributions in John’s memory to the family.

John was born in Lapeer, Michigan on July 4, 1994 the son of William Stuer and Jennifer (Johnson) Stuer and resided in the Columbiaville area most of his life. John was rare kind of man moved effortlessly between welding, art, or music, to know John was to have a front row seat to an incredible mind. A walking, talking dictionary, he had an insatiable appetite for knowledge and a vocabulary to match. Yet for all his intellect, his favorite role was simply being a father. He poured his endless curiosity into his children, turning everyday moments into lessons, creative projects, or shared laughter over a home cooked meal. John lived with purpose, creativity, and a genuine hunger to leave the world a little more interesting than he found it. His spark lives on in the art he created, the knowledge he shared, and the love he instilled in his family.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents: Jennifer Stuer and Bill (Lisa) Stuer; sister: Savanna (Tyler) Samples; grandparents: William and Dolly Stuer; nephew: Kallahan; his children: Radlee, Augustus, and Finnigan; his fiancée high school sweet heart and the mother of his children: Jenna Singleton; aunts: Sherry (Brian) Stuer, and Kathryn (Fabriceo) Powell.
