CAMPBELL, John Elmer of Burton age 48 died Monday July 6, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday July 11, 2009 at Hansen Funeral Home, Groves Chapel Downtown Davison. Deacon Jessie Culliver officiating. Family will receive visitors from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. John was born in Wichita Kansas September 10, 1960 the son of the late James Robert 7 Ruth Louise (Wilden) Campbell and has resided in the Burton area the last 30 years. He was joined in marriage to Valerie Barnett August 9, 1997 and was employed as a automotive and truck mechanic. Surviving are wife; Valerie, children; Lacey Barnett, Michael Campbell, and Travis Campbell,grandchild Ian Shann. Sisters; Linda Wasinger, Barbara Campbell, and Kathy Kirk, Brothers; James Campbell and Clifton Campbell, and a host of other relatives. He is preceded in death by brother Robert Campbell.
