Joan Marie Richards of Davison, age 70, died Saturday October 12, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospital Pontiac. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Friday October 18, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St. Davison. Fr. Denis Spitzley, Celebrant. Burial will follow at Pinegrove Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Joan will lie in state at the church from 11:00 Friday until time services. Those desiring may make contributions in Joan's memory to Hansen Funeral Home or the Burton Senior Center.

Joan was born in Davison, Michigan on April 4, 1949 the daughter of the late Elvin & Julis (Forro) McCormick and has resided in the Davison area her entire life. She was a member of Burton Senior Center, and St. John Catholic Church. Joan had been employed by General Motors Buick Final Assembly Division until her retirement.
