Jimmy "Jim" A. Rodgers formally of Davison age 73 died Sunday August 27, 2023 at Medilodge of Montrose. A funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Friday September 1, 2023 at Hansen Funeral Home Downtown Davison. Rev. Milan Campbell officiating with burial at Meadowview Cemetery. Family will received from 11:00am until time of services on Friday.

Jim was born in Flint, Michigan on February 8, 1950 the son of the late Archie and Wilma (Skyrme) Rodgers. He resided in the Davison area for many years and the last twenty years in Alma. Jimmy graduated from Davison High School in 1968 answering the call of his country Jim served in the Army during Vietnam. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Jim is survived by his sons: James (Malisa) Rodgers, Matthew Rodgers (Kellie Baker), and Samuel Rodgers; his loving grandchildren: Kaylee, Elizabeth, Isabelle, Gracie, and Louesa and great grandchild Cole. He also leaves his sisters- in- laws: Cathy Rodgers, and Carol Rodgers and host extended family.
