Jerry Wayne Fields age 73 of Davison, died Wednesday June 5, 2013 at Hurley Medical Center. honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. No visitation or servcies are being held. Jerry was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 28, 1940, the son of the late: William & Iola Fields and has resided in the area the last 10 yesrs. He was joined in marriage to Kathleen Center and she preceded him in death on March 20, 2012.
