Jeffrey Ronald Simmons of Davison, age 55, died Tuesday April 4, 2017 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A Family gathering time will be held at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday April 7, 2017. Those desiring may make contributions in Jeff's memory to his family. Jeffrey was born in Flint Michigan the son Ronald & Carol Simmons and has resided in the Davison area his entire life. Jeff enjoyed hunting and time in the outdoors, and also was an avid Michigan fan. He owned and operated Simmons Painting. He is survived by his son Jeffrey Jr., father Ronald Simmons, his sister Yvonne and husband Ron VanBeveren and many friends. He is preceded in death by mother Carol Simmons in 2013.
