Janet Gray Branham of Davison age 76, died Wednesday August 13, 2014 at Regency of Grand Blanc. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Friday August 15, 2014 at the First Baptist Church 208 Fourth St. Davison. Pastor Chris Radcliffe officiating, cremation will follow at Sunset Hills Crematory. Family will receive visitors from 1- 3 pm Friday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions in Janet's memory to the First Baptist Church. Janet was born in Bluefield West Virginia on October 4, 1937 the daughter of the late Hobart & Minnie (Schrader) Austin and has resided in the Davison area since 1972. She was joined in marriage to Dallas Branham on November 4, 1954 in Virginia. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed her family and winters in Arizona with her husband of 59 years, Dallas. The love of her life were her grandchildren, but she would tell you her greatest love were the great grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory husband Dallas, daughters: Sherry Howard, Sandra & husband Jack Smyth, Sheila Branham, and Sylvia "Dee Dee" & husband Ronald Odom. Also she leaves her grandchildren: Sarah (Garan), Michael (Janet), Kristina, Erin, Kim (Andy) Jennifer (David), Karen (Dan), Ronnie (Paula), and eleven great grandchildren, Her Sister Ellen Burchfield, brother Rages Austin and a host of other relatives. She is preceded in death by son-in-law Donald Howard, and her brother Buford Austin. Family would like to express their gratitude to the staffs of Regency of Grand Blanc and Heartland Hospice.
